Care is available to active duty service members enrolled to the 96th Medical Group. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. To ensure maximum benefit from your appointment, please bring the following items to all appointments: identification card; current glasses and sunglasses, just in case your eyes are dilated; and most recent contact lens prescription or boxes.
