Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.

Pain Management / Interventional

We offer multi-modal and multidisciplinary care for patients that have been diagnosed with chronic pain. Patients must be referred by their primary care manager. The clinic is interventional with procedures ranging from conservative therapy such as acupuncture, joint injections, and muscle treatments to invasive therapies such as spinal injections, minimally invasive spine surgery and implantation of complex neuro-stimulators and opioid pumps. Interventions are tailored to fit the patient's pain needs. Patients must arrive at appointments 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to complete necessary intake paperwork.
