Getting Care

My Military Health: Improving the Patient Experience

The Defense Health Agency is changing how we offer care. You’ll have faster, easier, and more convenient access to online tools and services to help meet your health care needs. You’ll be able to use these tools from your phone, tablet, or laptop.

The Defense Health Agency chose Eglin Air Force Base as one of the first five sites to launch My Military Health. My Military Health is a new set of online tools and technologies to help you to engage in your health. You’ll have access to a range of digital care solutions including the ability to:

  • Schedule virtual appointments
  • Get appointment reminders
  • Access virtual waiting rooms
  • Search online for network primary and specialty care providers

With My Military Health, we’ll meet you where you are – at home, at work, or in your community.

Scheduled Virtual Visits

In today’s fast-paced world, it can be hard to make time for medical appointments. With My Military Health Scheduled Virtual Visits, you can connect easily and securely with your health care provider. Scheduled Virtual Visits are perfect for both primary care and specialty care appointments. Health care on your terms. Anytime, anywhere. See Scheduled Virtual Visits to learn more.

Quick Care Connect

The newest program from My Military Health is only available if you’re enrolled at one of these hospitals:

  • Eglin Air Force Base Hospital
  • Wright-Patterson Medical Center
  • Martin Army Community Hospital.
If you have an urgent issue and don’t need to go to the emergency room, you can join a virtual appointment in minutes using this new platform.

My Military Health Quick Care Connect is a great option when you need care for conditions that aren’t life-threatening and don’t require a physical exam. Examples include:
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Urgent prescription refills
  • Minor gastrointestinal issues
  • Minor dermatologic concerns.

Non-active duty TRICARE patients can use this service Monday-Thursday from 7-10 a.m.

To visit with a provider, go to the My Military Health Quick Care Connect Welcome Page or scan the QR code below.

If you don’t have online access, you can still make an appointment by calling the 96th Medical Group appointment line at 850-883-8600. You can make in-person, telephone, and video appointments through this phone number.

Both patients and providers can contact the My Military Health Help Desk for support and to give feedback. Call 844-DIAL-MMH (342-5664) or email DHAsupport.mymilitary@health.mil.
