Flyers: We recommend you call to schedule your annual Fly PHA three to four months before its expiration date.
Same day appointments are not guaranteed. Please call the front desk at 850-883-8270 for appointment availability.
Flight medicine doesn’t have walk-in services. For walk-in services (i.e., sore throat, cold, cough, suture/staple removal, pregnancy tests, UTIs, vaginitis) members can go to WOMC during walk-in hours, 7:30-9 a.m. and 1-2:30 p.m. on duty days. For more emergent medical needs, please go to the emergency room.
Flying and dive status personnel can come to the front desk during clinic hours on any duty day to in-process.
Medications can be refilled by sending a message on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to the Eglin Flight Medicine Clinic. If you have not previously been seen in the Eglin Flight Medicine clinic, this may require a face-to-face appointment. Please use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to message your health care team.
Active Duty Acute Appointments and Return to Flying Status

- Acute appointments can include, but aren’t limited to, nausea/abdominal discomfort, musculoskeletal injuries, rashes, blood pressure checks, suture/staple removal, pregnancy test requests, battlefield acupuncture, wart care, or any other urgent concerns or symptoms.
