Family Health

We provide primary medical care needs to retirees, family members of retirees, and family members of active duty service members. If you have not seen your primary care manager in over a year, please schedule an appointment to see your provider.

When you see your primary care manager, please:

  1. Bring a current medication list with you
  2. Let your provider know what medication refills are needed
  3. Bring a log of your blood sugars if you are diabetic
  4. Bring a log of your blood pressures if you have hypertension (high blood pressure)
  5. Make a prioritized list of any concerns or questions

Additional Services

Nurse-Run Clinics (Walk-in or Call-in):

  • Urinary Tract Infection
    • For female patients only, of menstruating age, and who have not had a hysterectomy.
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Adult/Pediatric Cold (on hold indefinitely due to COVID)

Tech-Run Clinics (Walk-in):

  • 3-day blood pressure checks
    • Ordered by  your Primary Care Manager
  • Suture Removal
  • Wart Treatment
  • Injections:
    • Depo-Provera
    • B-12
    • Prolia
  • Adult/Pediatric Sore Throat (on hold indefinitely due to COVID)
    • For patients school age and above.

Important Information

Please note that to be eligible for a walk-in service, patients must meet specific additional criteria not listed here.

Further, we do not offer walk-in infant weight checks, or adult/pediatric vitals checks.
