Health Services

Internal Medicine

We provide primary medical care needs to active duty service members and retirees with multiple chronic medical conditions. If you have not seen your primary care manager in over a year, please schedule an appointment to see your provider. We are currently closed to open enrollment, so if you are new to Eglin and need to be enrolled to Internal Medicine, please let your assigned Family Health or Family Medicine Residency PCM know so they may facilitate your transfer.

When you see your Primary Care Manager, please:

  • Bring all of your current medications in their original prescription bottles to your appointment
  • Let your provider know what medication refills are needed
  • Bring a log of your blood sugars if you are diabetic
  • Bring a log of your blood pressures if you have hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Make a prioritized list of any concerns or questions

Additional Services

  • 3-day blood pressure checks
    • Ordered by your Primary Care Manager
  • Suture Removal
  • Wart Treatment
  • Injections:
    • B-12
    • Prolia

Important Information

Please note, we do not offer walk-in vitals checks.

Further, we are not currently offering any walk-in services due to manning shortages. All services require an appointment at this time.
