We provide primary medical care needs to active duty service members and retirees with multiple chronic medical conditions. If you have not seen your primary care manager in over a year, please schedule an appointment to see your provider.
We are currently closed to open enrollment, so if you are new to Eglin and need to be enrolled to Internal Medicine, please let your assigned Family Health or Family Medicine Residency PCM know so they may facilitate your transfer.
When you see your Primary Care Manager, please:
Bring all of your current medications in their original prescription bottles to your appointment
Let your provider know what medication refills are needed
Bring a log of your blood
sugars
if you are
diabetic
Bring a log of your blood
pressures
if you have
hypertension
(high blood pressure)
Make a prioritized list of any concerns or questions

Further, we are not currently offering any walk-in services due to manning shortages. All services require an appointment at this time.
