You may also schedule appointments through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. Ensure you select your Primary Care Manager (PCM) when scheduling an appointment. To learn how to find your PCM, visit our FAQs page.
 
You’ll need a referral for any care that your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, or specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.
